CPOC Project Completion:
Offshore Kinematics has successfully completed the CPOC Hardware Supply with its parent company, Dockwise. Testing of the units has completed and delivery to the port has been made. The Floatover is anticipated Q3 2009.

North Belut Project Completion:
Offshore Kinematics has successfully completed the N. Belut project with Technip Indonesia and ConcocoPhillips. The DSU's have already been incorporated into the grillage and the LMU's are en route to the McDermott Batam yard. The floatover is anticipated in mid-2009.

Platong Floatover Hardware Supply Contract:
J. Ray McDermott has awarded the Floatover Hardware Supply for the LMU and DSU on the Chevron Platong Project. First delivery will be in Q4 2009 with final delivery in Q2 2010 to the McDermott Batam yard

North Rankin B Floatover Hardware Supply Contract:
Woodside & the EOS JV have awarded the Floatover Hardware Supply for the LMU and DSU on the North Rankin Redevelopment Project. Delivery will be in Q4 2009. This will be the first project to employ the OKI Mega Press for testing the units.

OKI Mega Press:
Offshore Kinematics has begun design of a new compression test fixture.Due to the ever increasing Topsides weights on upcoming projects, the press will have a capacity of 18,000 MT with 1.5 M stroke. Primary duty will be for LMU/DSU testing, but the fixture will also be available for government and civilian test programs and ultra-large molding and forming.
