Project Description:
ACG (Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli) is the largest oil field in the Azerbaijan sector of the Caspian basin. Located about 100 km east of Baku, it is operated by BP on behalf of the Azerbaijan International Operating Company (AIOC). Operations at the ACG field started in November 1997 with the start-up of production from the Chirag-1 platform (Early Oil Project). Central, West and East Azeri complex were developed under Phases 1 and 2 and Deepwater Gunashli portion was developed under Phase 3.

OKI Scope of Work:
OKI was contracted from FEED through final installation to perform all research, development, engineering and supply for a six (6) platform development averaging 15,000 MT per deck. OKI conducted extensive part and assembly tests of the individual elastomer components, fully assembled deck mating units, and sand can lowering systems for loads up to 5,500 MT. The equipment supply includes full assemblies and sand lowering system, with each fully assembled unit tested to maximum load.

2004 – Central Azeri CWP Project – 4 Inner Deck Mating Receptacles, 4 Outer Deck Mating Receptacles
2005 – East Azeri PDQ Project – 4 Inner Deck Mating Receptacles, 4 Outer Deck Mating Receptacles
2004 – West Azeri PDQ Project – 4 Inner Deck Mating Receptacles, 4 Outer Deck Mating Receptacles
2006 – Deepwater Gunashli DUQ Project – 4 Inner Deck Mating Receptacles, 4 Outer Deck Mating Receptacles
2006 – Deepwater Gunashli PCWU Project – 4 Inner Deck Mating Receptacles, 4 Outer Deck Mating Receptacles
