OFFSHORE KINEMATICS provides a complete line of RUB STRIPS to suit a wide variety of marine applications.

Selection is typically made by consideration of three factors:

• Abrasion Resistance

• Energy Absorption, and

• Mounting Arrangements.

In general, all rub strips provide excellent abrasion resistance for use as rub rails and fendering for incidental impacts, such as our basic models the RS-200 & 400.

For impact loads, an energy absorbing rub strip design may be preferable, such as the RS-100 & 300.

Mounting concerns may also affect selection of the appropriate model, such as the RS-700 & 900 with versatile mounting to square tube, channel, or round pipe. Or our new model the RS-500 provides the flexibility of a bolt-on or weld-on arrangement to flat surfaces.
